Ways to Use Your Reiki Healing Training

The possibilities are virtually endless when it comes to using your Reiki healing training. You can use it to heal yourself, others, situations… etc. Let us count the ways…

1.      Use your Reiki healing training to heal yourself

Now, surely you learned that you can use your Reiki healing training to heal yourself. You are usually the first person you will practice your Reiki on! Who better? But remember, not only can you use your Reiki healing training to help you with any emotional, mental or physical suffering you are currently experiencing, you can also send Reiki to your past and future selves.  Time does not exist in the mind of Reiki. Hopefully someday soon it will cease to exist in ours as well? Maybe then we as a people will finally attain some peace of mind. But we digress…

2.      Use your Reiki healing therapy to heal others

Now by ‘others’, we mean other people (both alive and no longer with us),  animals, countries and this beautiful planet of ours. Animals in particular tend to enjoy Reiki healing energy very much. They don’t have the barriers and blockages to the energy that we people often do.

You can also send Reiki to people who have passed over and to entire an entire people of a country in need. And the Mother is also an entity in and of herself, going through the same transitions people are. So send her some love if you ever get the hankering! She sure needs it.

3.      Power up your food with healing Reiki energy

Since food contains energy, send your food some powerful healing Reiki energy before you eat it, why don’t you. You can put your hands over your meals in typical Reiki hand fashion, or you can hold the sides of your plate or dish if you want to be more discrete. Another option is to hold your hands under the table facing up and imbue your food with Reiki healing energy from below. Personally, we at Reiki Training Classes .org find that our favorite way to power up our food with Reiki is to hold one hand above the dish and the other below. You can literally feel the energy moving between your hands!

4.      Use Your Reiki Healing Training to Clear Rooms

At the Reiki Master Level, we teach our students that they have a responsibility to share the healing Reiki energy with the world. But even if you are not a Reiki Master (yet), you can still bring positivity to everything around you. Let’s say you have jury duty, and are stuck in a courthouse, a notorious place for negative and stagnant energy. You can power up the room with the Reiki power symbol, or merely send Reiki love and light to each and every room and person in the courthouse. You can clear the negativity from a post office, from your job, a supermarket, your car and home. Anywhere you are, you can turn your Reiki on.

5.      Turn Your Reiki Healing Training Into Your Profession

Now, we didn’t say it would be easy. Although most things worth having aren’t. Turning your Reiki healing training into a career will require persistence, determination and for you to be proactive. But you can do it. More and more hospitals are allowing Reiki Masters into surgical procedures and patient rooms.
